Union External Affairs Minister Dr S Jaishankar on September 14 in Delhi, addressed the issues between India and China, and said that the disengagement at PP15 was completed which is one less problem at the border. ‘We have had disengagement at PP15. The disengagement, as I understand, was completed. That is one problem less on the border,’ Jaishankar said.
