9 people including 3 children have died in Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar. The wall of an under-construction house collapsed in Dilkusha Colony amid rainfall. Incessant rains in the last 3 days have led to waterlogging and flooding across Lucknow. Schools will remain close and exams have been postponed after heavy downpour. Several districts in UP, including Jhansi, Orai, Lucknow, Kanpur and Bahraich have witnessed torrential rainfall.
